Makassar Here I Come!!!

Its been years since the last time I visited this city. Very hot city with good food.... not much differences. still messy like the last time I came, plus there will be an election for walikota, made the city even worse with those candidate's pictures spreading through out the city. I dont know how the people here choose the right one, So many of them!! and why they have to put their picture? to make the people know you? I dont understand about that ad war between the candidates...

Anyway, talking about Makassar, one thing I will always like is.... the people. They are so funny. Talking very fast and they can understand each other!! amazing... I thought I talk fast but nothing compare to the people here, even my contact here, Bpk Sahel, used to be a candidate for governor of South Sulwaesi from Independent party, is worse.. I have to pay attention to what he say, then I can understand... very fast!!

Sahel and his assistant, Aldy fetched me at the airport. I came here for the expo at the mal ratu indah. Oh God.. they treat me like a queen.. accompany me, here and there. Bring me to makan place almost 5 times a day. I was putting wy weight for about 3 kg after that!

The expo was succesfully made. but people said compare to last year, this year event is more quite. I think its because of the choose of the mall. and I think the organizer is not doing a good job to attract people to come. I have to initiate to have my own show. I made my own auction session on stage, make fun with the people around, and the funny thing is... the organizer enjoy my show!.. gelo..

But so far, this platform is a good way to promote the hospitals. less sensitive than doing the big seminar. even, for the PR wise, we have a lot of exposure there... Doing radio talkshow almost everyday, tv talkshow, press conferences, one on one interview.. I feel like become celebrity there hehehe...

S*&#!! what should I talk about my job here? it is not right. This is my blog.. but for sure, this 4 weeks is the busiest week of my life. the project is making me nuts. Anyway.. I really need a break but have no time to take one. I need to go to a place where I can relax and sleep.. it is much better if someone accompany me... hehehehe

Euro 2008

Soccer Freak! hehehe. Thats what they call me now. Even I didnt follow all the matches but still I always keep myself udate about EURO 2008. Wishing I were there, I enjoy all the games. I was a big fan of Italy, even their game is very bad. I didnt blame the coach but I think the choices of the player also limited. but however Holland beat them, however Rumania is giving Italy difficulties but Italy still have chance to go to next round. Forza Italy!!

Talking about Italy, I went to Cafe Oh La La, invited by Lidya and Iqbal. It was a routine meeting actually for FNT gank, but at that time, they are not complete, only four of them. I remember that that nite is Lidya's birthday. I have to bring my sister and her bestfriend along because they said they want to go Jalan-Jalan. After feed them with burger king, they joined this "adult group" and listening to all conversation hehehe. "Its not right" I said. Need to bring them home, the conversation is not healthy for them hehehe.

I remembered that nite is Lidya's birthday. So I have to come back and give my bestfriend a suprise. i brought the children home and going around to buy something as a suprise. couldnt find it. finally i just bought a pancake with icecream plus 2 candles. The game was started at that time Italy -Romania. I know Lidya is not into soccer but since Junice, Iqbal and I enjoy it, so she has no choice.. But it just in time, it was a break on 12pm so.. very good time to give her a suprise. Even its only a pancake, I saw her face happy that we are remember her birthday. I just said "welcome to the club my dear friend" she looked happy but I can see sadness in her eyes. I dont know what it was in her mind. I knew she expecting someone to call or sms her to say :happy birthday, but til we went back, I think this someone has not called her yet.

Back to the game the position was 1-1. I thought there will be another goal but it not happened. During the match between Italy-Holland, there was a big fight in office. My colleague Bagus is Holland mania. We bet for 100K and he won. He beat me, Holland beat Italy, embarassing. I think its because media giving too much credit to Italy, made them play under pressure. yeah,. i think so.

Today, I have nothing to do on Saturday nite, suddenly Irfan, someone that I met at the salon, called me up, asking me whether I want to join them to see Spain-Sweden match. I said "Ok!" he and Ricky picked me up. It was fun. all of us has a need to see Spain win, even my man, Ibrahimovic was on the sweden team. and I think the whole people at the MU cafe hoping that Spain will win and It was a great game. Finally Villa scored for Spain at the injury time, What a game!!

Now I am watching Greece-Russia. both are good but both need a win to have a chance to go to the next round. So far Russia plays better. I will update my blog again later for the next round. now.. I will enjoy the game dulu ya....
